The following projects under Gangtok Smart City Development Ltd (GSCDL) and Urban Development Department were exhibited throughout Gangtok 2021 to generate awareness among the citizens about developmental activities in our city, and to gather public feedback & opinion on these projects.
Star Mall- Urban Development Department
Star Mall is a project by the UDD in collaboration with Panchdeep Construction Ltd. under the PPP mode. It will be constructed on the old 'Star Hall' site towards the end of MG Marg. The project is an 8 storied structure with Shopping Mall & Parking facilities.
