Star Mall- Urban Development Department
Star Mall is a project by the UDD in collaboration with Panchdeep Construction Ltd. under the PPP mode. It will be constructed on the old 'Star Hall' site towards the end of MG Marg. The project is an 8 storied structure with Shopping Mall & Parking facilities.

Only infrastructure does not equal to development
Is PDC a firm from Sikkim and do they understand the place Sikkim enough to construct a heavy structure like this keeping in mind all the geographic limitations and the growing demography of the setting?
If the architecture didn’t stand out & blended with the surroundings, it would add to the beauty of M.G.Marg.
