The rooftop of Lal Market Complex in Gangtok, Sikkim is an interesting space to experience because of the wide range of activities being carried out there. Temporary markets pop up on this rooftop every month. Visitors like to enjoy the scenic beauty and grab a cup of tea at the fast food kiosk. The pavilion aims to mimic the form of the undulating hills as can be seen from the very rooftop.

It may take decades to see such a magnificent development.
Honestly for me, the best proposal. Using only a particular area and leaving the rest as an
intangible space for the public.
Structures like this are likely to be misused by people. If there is any solution to this problem.
